Never Again Homophobia!
Homophobia in Uganda:
- If you see a homosexual you are required to call the police.
- Parlement is considering a bill that will increas penalties for homosexuality, punishable by death!
- Human Rights Watch called on Uganda authorities.
- The president, Yoweri Museveni's government violates the human rights of the gay, lesbian, transsexual community.
- Through fear and homophobia, homosexuals are murdered for who they are.
- In 1886 Uganda's king, Mwanga ordered two dozen men to have sex with him. When the men refused because of their Christian faith, they were ordered to be burned to death. Now every June 3rd, these men are honored for their christian faith, and deploring their homosexual king.
- In Uganda, anyone who tests positive for HIV is sentenced to death.
- Uganda criminalized same sex relationships more than any other continent in the world.
